If there was another employee to help why not come out and take the second car in line’s order and help the line.

I informed them it was energy drinks with light ice. They then gave me 2 drinks with ice literally touching the bottom of the cup and sticking out of the drink. I asked if that was seriously light ice. They apologized and remade drinks. This time half filed with ice and they both tasted like watered down syrup. Energy drinks they were not. I guess I will just stick with a monster when I need an energy drink next time. Edit: Went back today 11/7/25 to give this store a second chance. I have to say today’s crew was amazing. Different people this time made the difference. Personalities and attention to detail The drinks were perfect this go around.
