  My 4th time. Coming here and ordering a large fruit cup only to get it home and it's barley full.. People are spending 7.00 for a large fruit cup that is equivalent to a small.. When you ask to please add more they claim it's weight not taking into consideration the cup itself has weight...last visit I ask the worker /manager to please add more fruit , the lady came back and handed us the same amt of fruit back with 3 old rotten strawberries... My mother and I couldn't believe it. We just took it and said we will call corporate and take photos.. Unacceptable..

  Unfortunately this is the worst Chick-fil-A I have been to I got there about 8:50 in the morning only person in the drive-thru ordered a spicy chicken breakfast meal pulled up waited for a while a few cars came in behind me somebody else got their food before me I figured mine was being cooked fresh but no just came out barely lukewarm and neither person I spoke to said my pleasure never had that happen oh well all I'm saying is if you're going to have all these standards live up to them I will not visit that Chick-fil-A again

  While in Leesburg on business, I ordered ahead through the Chick fil A app and tried their mobile drive thru lane for the first time. My order included a free reward item, regular menu items, and a milkshake. I scanned the QR code upon arrival, and by the time I reached the window my order was ready. The team confirmed my name, handed me my food, and wished me a great evening all within two minutes. Everything was accurate, fresh, and well prepared. It felt as smooth and efficient as a Formula One pit stop, another flawless Chick fil A experience.

  Dine-in is nice and the inside staff are standard top notch Chick-fil-a level like you’d expect. Leslie is so nice, and you barely have a chance to sit down before Ms Betty is bringing you your food. The drive thru at this particular Chick-fil-a is frustrating. One of two lanes is dedicated for the “app,” and as such most times I decide to drive thru there are 4 to 6 cars all waiting in one lane. I can’t wait til companies give up on trying to track and monetize our data. Just open both lanes for normal drive thru like every other Chick-fil-a.
