  This specific location SUCKS! The service is terrible! A lot of people come on their way to work, it would be nice for orders to be taken based who pulls in first! I sat in line 10 minutes, guy goes and takes order of car that literally just pulled in… Why would you tell me to email you guys to make situation bette then you completely ghost. Seems like poor service is a consistent thing with you guys! That’s terrible to offer free drink and completely stop responding

  Me and my fiancé have been going to the other 7-brew for quite some time and when we found out this location opened up we were very excited because it was closer to our home. At the other 7-brew I use a discount because of where I work. Well when I told this location about it they first told me that I had to be in uniform, I didn’t know and so she gave it to me. The next time I came with my uniform on, they told me uniform and when they saw I had it on, they then changed it and said it had to be a vehicle. I had explained that my job doesn’t give me a vehicle and they explained and gave it to me for that one time only. Bottom line is that if you have a discount for something, it should be all inclusive. It is only this store that I have a problem with. The other location in Leesburg takes my ID just fine and so does the Clermont location. We even went to a 7-brew in Alabama and they took my ID. I will no longer be going to this location.

  both times i’ve come to this one, both lanes were open with one car in each and i went to the second lane and they made me reverse and move into the left lane to take my order instead of simply walking over and taking my order. it hasn’t happened at any other seven brew but this one more than once. either way the car in the second lane received their order before me, so it only inconveniences the customer and benefits them by not having to walk a couple steps to take my order and to have me reverse and drive to them. also one girl was very unprofessional using profanity telling us not to tip her coworker and etc.

  Have been here 18 min and still waiting on a drink. This is unusual, as I usually come here once a day, but this is ridiculous. They should know the weekends are going to be busier and staff accordingly. The drinks are top notch , but the wait time needs to be fixed..
