While placing my order, an employee named James was chewing food and appeared to have taken it directly from the fry station. Observing an employee eat from a food preparation area during active service raises concerns regarding sanitation and overall food safety practices. Additionally, taking a customer’s order while chewing is unprofessional and gives the impression that customer service is not a priority. I believe proper hygiene and professionalism are fundamental in the food service industry, and I hope management addresses this matter to ensure a better experience for future customers.
