  ABSOLUTELY INFURIATING - ZERO COMPETENCE OR CUSTOMER SERVICE Let me be crystal clear: this McDonald's location is a masterclass in incompetence, housed in a shopping center parking lot designed by someone who clearly hates drivers. The entire complex is a labyrinthine nightmare that you have to fight through rather than conveniently access. During the ordering process, the employee specifically asked me what kind of sauce I wanted for my nuggets. I clearly told them my preference. And let's be honest, the food at McDonald's is not known for its superb quality, so the sauce is necessary. The drive-thru wasn't that busy, just four customers including myself. After paying and receiving my food, I drove off thinking everything was fine. Imagine my fury when I'm a mile down the road and discover they've completely forgotten the one thing they specifically asked me about. I had to find a place to cross the median to go back the other way, then fight through that damn parking lot again from a different side that's even worse to get through. When I finally get back to the window, the girl looks at me like I'm speaking Martian when I explain they forgot the sauce for my order. The real insult? She hands me TWO sauce packets for a 20-piece meal. When I politely asked for a couple more, she begrudgingly gave me ONE additional packet while shooting me a look of pure contempt. When I requested more, she outright refused, as if I was asking for her firstborn child. You typically get at least two sauces for a 10-piece nugget at any McDonald's. You specifically offered me sauce, confirmed my order, then forgot it, made me turn around wasting my time and gas and then wouldn't even provide the baseline condiments that any other store would provide? At most places, complaining about an error like this gets you a free meal. I didn't even want that. I just wanted the basic condiments that are supposed to be with the meal. This location has absolutely no respect for customers' time or basic expectations. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else.

  Atmosphere is what you would expect it to be from McDonald's. Service was okay. A little lengthy for a sit-in. Food was all right except I found a piece of plastic in my Big Mac. So there's that. Also, for the price you're going to spend here, you might as well go to a sit-down place somewhere else. McDonald's has gotten so expensive.

  Food was McDonalds so never anything exciting. Atmosphere was my car so that'll be the only positive thing about this. The attitude from the woman taking my order? Astronomical. I know it was a Monday and you may not love your job, but why not just be helpful and say the things youre supposed to instead of allow me to sit awkwardly at the mic in silence? It's super simple to say, "Please confirm your order looks correct on the screen and pull ahead."
