- APAngela PNov 14, 20251.0I was standing in line lots of people so my food sits there cold one person cashes you out then you got the girl with the dirty looks that packs food then you got the girl that adds cheese sour cream somebody should have helped her instead of give her dirty looks that's what got me mad and I had to walk out so needless to say I never got my food I was not happy with that one girl standing there.
- JSJudy SantiagoNov 13, 20251.0Went there yesterday around 7pm they barely had anything fresh pit meat looked old and dry and they have no issues serving it one worker which I believe was the leader was telling another employee that they were going to leave what was there and make no more crazy they still had 3 hours left yet they were going to say they were all out once finished I ordered two bowls and the one serving me gave me three to four pieces of carne asada I actually had to tell him how that could be he answered we don’t have much left well once we got home to eat it was horrible because the rice was hard not cooked through this was by far the worst experience ever going to chipotle and they’re prices do not justify the quality or service.

We waited a minute and another employee came to the front and ask what she could get us, as my Mother in Law was ordering a quesadilla she was told, "that can only be ordered online". sooo you HAVE to order online for them to make it and prepare as "to go", makes ZERO sense. This place is relatively new , yet the tables look permanently sticky so we sat outside and waited for them to make our ONLINE order. I've always been a fan of Chipotle and was excited to have one near by, but I cant say ill be making this place a regular eatery.

The restaurant was dirty. The food looked very old and overcooked sitting in the steam table. We started to order and we decided to stop after looking more closely. We told the employee that the food looked old, dry, and overcooked. She did not seem to care, did not offer an apology, and we left. This location obviously has terrible management and if it is not changed, I expect this location to close. This location has more 1 star reviews than all other reviews combined. Wake up.
