How do you not do basic inventory? Twice now I have walked out and went to the five guys next door.

There were 4 white people in front of me. They served them well gave them decent portions. Get to my bowl and instantly started shaking meat off the spoon during my one scoop after giving all the white people a head of me multiple spoons that they were not charged for. I paid for extra chicken and still didn't get as much as the gave the white customers for free. I'll be posting to youtube shortly after editing but unless you are a racist, I do not recommend this place

Last order was dry, chicken was burned and the sour cream had pieces of all the surrounding food mixed in. They put absolutely no care into this location and it’s only a matter of time before it closes. Not to mention, the place is always extremely dirty and disgusting. Today’s order was 25 minutes late and will be the last time I order from here.
- JSJess ShawDec 18, 20251.0I usually love Chipotle…I walked in to get my order that was $68…after they called me 3 times to tell me they were out of sour cream and the drinks we ordered…the place was disgusting…there was trash everywhere and it looked like it aint been cleaned all day. I get to the counter to get my order and the guy looked stoned out of his mind. He handed me the wrong order first and then brought me my order. He didn’t have the replacement drinks they were supposed to have. Get all the way home with the food and the replacement guacamole wasn’t in the bag, the red chimichuri wasn’t in the bag, and they didn’t put guacamole in my burrito bowl. The quesadilla my daughter order wasn’t right barely anything in it. For $68 for 4, this was ridiculous. The kids working didn’t care and it showed.
