  Well where do I begin? Employees are rude and unprofessional. Don’t come here early in the morning they do not have their stuff together you will be waiting 30 plus minutes. I have worked food and retail “normally” you have everything ready prior to opening so you can serve the customers coming in. Not with this store not only once, but every time I come here early. And the managers don’t seem to care you say something to him and it’s like oh OK we’ll take care of it but nothing seems to get done.

  Chipotles always have really bad reviews and end up being fine. That’s not the case with this one. Almost broke my tooth on a piece of uncooked rice the first time I came here The second time they were out of steak and when I asked for Al pastor chicken they doused already cooked chicken in the marinade. It was extremely salty and made my burrito inedible.

  Out of everything. Only had rock hard steak left. Staff wouldn't apologize or even consider making more.... The kids working here could care less. Don't bother stopping at thos location.

  By far the worst Chipotle within Pasco, Hernando and Citrus county. Always out of food, serves cold food, unhygienic practices serving food, extremely long wait time and serving half portions now! Insane.

  I would genuinely love to know what kind of social experiment is being conducted at this Chipotle, because there is absolutely no way this place is operating under normal business conditions. Every single time I come here, it’s like a completely new cast of characters. I have never once seen the same employees twice, which makes me wonder if there’s a witness protection program I’m unaware of, or if everyone just clocks out mid-shift and walks into the void. Let’s talk about the food situation—or lack thereof. Somehow, this location is always out of something. Not just obscure ingredients either. I’m talking basic, core items. The kind of stuff that makes you question what exactly is happening behind that counter. Tonight, we waited for steak like it was a limited-edition drop, only to get skipped in line approximately 14 times while standing there visibly existing. At that point, it felt less like a restaurant and more like a test of patience, so we left. Hungry. Defeated. Emotionally changed. And on the rare occasion you actually do get food? It’s an experience. One time my tacos were wrapped with such confidence and yet such complete lack of structural integrity that the aluminum foil disintegrated in my lap the second I took it out of the bag. It was less of a meal and more of a trust exercise that I failed. As for the staff that are present… I’m not saying anything definitive, but I will say the vibe is less “fast casual dining” and more “everyone here just collectively woke up in this building and is trying to figure out why.” There is a level of confusion happening that cannot be explained by a normal workday. It feels like no one knows who’s doing what, including themselves. I keep coming back because I like Chipotle in theory, but this specific location has turned ordering a burrito into a full-blown psychological event. At this point, I don’t even expect good service—I just want to leave with food and my dignity intact. Please, I’m begging—figure it out.
