  I hate ordering from this store. But it's closest to where I work n uber eats picks up my food. I love yal food but damnnnnn even when I pay for 6-8 cups of salsa they never give it to me EVERRRRRR!!! IM PAYING FOR IT. why wont yal ever give me salsa? N cups thst are actually full???????? Yal love it n don't want to share huh??

  The servers/cashiers are very rude specially the one that's bleaching (my opinion) NO customer service, they are acting like you're asking for free food. Terrible stuffs I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. 0.00

  I was in the drive through, I ask to scan my points. Which is had 8 dollars off. And your employe WITHOUT ASKING ME uses all my points. I was saving for a free steak lunch but do 2 bad service, its not happening. Thank you for me wasting my time at this specific location. Shows how bad the training is here

  Stopped by Pollo Tropical and had a great experience from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you expect when you’re craving something quick but well-made. What really stood out though was the service. Jasmine was amazing—friendly, patient, and made sure everything was right with my order. You can tell she actually cares about customers, and that kind of service goes a long way. Definitely coming back.
