The food is good, but that guy with the gray hair you guys need to move him from the front and put him in the back, He is so unpleasant. You can tell he does not like customer service and I just feel like you guys shouldn’t have him at the front. He doesn’t smile with you even when you say thank you he doesn’t even say you’re welcome. He’s just full Out unpleasant and he needs to be in the back where he doesn’t interact with people.

The most recent visit for me here was a month ago. I've been here various times to pick up my food after ordering over the phone. The staff always does a great job of making recommendations for my son and I. And though Ive never sat inside to eat, the atmosphere feels cozy, clean and comfortable. The food hot, but the hot was at a perfect temperature 🌡. I appreciate the standards that the evening team there is keeping. KEEP THAT UP!Great customer service by that cashier too.

I work for a nonprofit afterschool program, and we regularly spend a lot of money at Wingstop because our kids love your food. Unfortunately, after today, I have spoken with my own team and we will likely be taking our business elsewhere whenever possible.
To start, I tried to place a 75-piece order over the phone since we have to use a tax-exempt card (which cannot be used online— already very inconvenient). I was told you can’t place orders ahead of time and must call the day of even if you want to pay ahead of time—which is already inconvenient for large group orders and seems to overwhelm your own staff. Then when I called the day of I was told they don’t take orders over 30 pieces on the phone, so I was forced to come in person, despite having placed larger orders over the phone in the past. I assumed this was a policy change and accepted it thought I noticed they only told me this after I gave the name for the order which meant I already wasted time ordering when she could have just told me that as soon I said I wanted the 75 piece combo.
When we arrived around 12ish and placed the order with the same cashier I spoke to over the phone, everything changed once again only when I mentioned that we were tax-exempt and the name of my organization. She clearly still had an attitude following the phone call and sighed deeply about having to do a tax exempt order. The cashier called a woman from the back, who evidently did not understand what a tax-exempt card is. They questioned how many times we’re “allowed” to use it like it was a discount code instead of an official federal registration ID and claimed we couldn’t use the same number again because we had recently purchased food there.
That is completely false. Tax-exempt status is tied to the organization, so the number does not change. Despite me explaining this, they continued to argue and called someone on speaker who claimed to be a manager. He also said we couldn’t reuse the same number because “you cannot use the same number multiple times,” which is simply incorrect. In fact other businesses in the area just keep our card on file to save themselves time. The woman who came from the back then said she was “not going to argue with these people” and spoke about us like we were not paying customers who have spent thousands of dollars at your business.
The situation escalated further when the employee refused to give my card back and said she was keeping it as a record. I’m assuming this is so she can inconvenience my colleagues if they try to rely on wingstop to feed hungry children again in the future. I then overheard her in the back saying, “no orders more than 50, I don’t have time for this.” If you do not want to make chicken, why are you working at Wingstop? That is like me saying I don’t wanna talk to children and I manage an afterschool program.
At that point, it became clear this was less about policy and more about staff not wanting to complete a large order even though Wingstop offers orders of this size. She ultimately refused the order, claiming she didn’t want to “get fired” and was “just doing her job” even though she was not.
This experience showed a serious lack of training, professionalism, accountability, and basic understanding of tax-exempt organizations. It also reflects poorly on how large orders are handled. Our organization operates across Broward County and has spent a significant amount with Wingstop, but after this experience, even I as an individual will be going to competitors instead.

Am I able to submit ideas to Wingstop for future consideration?
We at Wingstop Restaurants Inc. ("Wingstop") are proud that our fans are excited by our brand and want to share their ideas, innovations, flavors, and other wing-loving thoughts with us. However, Wingstop has a full-time staff of wing experts who we rely on to generate new ideas for our brand and our fans. Not that your ideas are unworthy, but you don't want to put the team out of a job. And our lawyers tell us that we need to avoid unsolicited ideas because we don't want to have any dispute as to ownership of those great ideas. Below is more legal mumbo jumbo explaining our policy.
UNSOLICITED IDEAS
Customers of Wingstop may have the perfect idea for a new concept, and we may be missing out on an exciting opportunity, but ownership and protection must be considered. Wingstop maintains a policy that does not permit it or its employees to accept any unsolicited ideas from outside sources (fans and other third parties).
Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.
TERMS GOVERNING SUBMISSIONS
If you nevertheless insist on sending us your unsolicited ideas, the following conditions apply:
Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
All submissions will be deleted from working files within Wingstop and no response will be delivered to confirm receipt of any submissions.
Due to archiving requirements, your email may be retained on our system, but please understand this is not an effort to keep record of our customers' great ideas; rather, it is incidental to archiving.
