  Hardwin and his female manager companion take care of me as soon as I pull up - (UPS driver with limited time and always on the go.) Food is always fresh, drinks made well, and always friendly!

  They should not make ice cream before you pick up orders the customers ice cream was leaking all over the place and messed up my vehicle common sense should have told anybody that there should also be a sign to left courier or anyone picking up food that the buzzer doesn't work after 10pm

  Fornt doors not open amd neither is dining in. Only option is take out and drive thru

  This was my first time going to Sonic, and my experience was a bit mixed. I placed a mobile order and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. When the employee first spoke, I couldn’t hear what he said, so I asked him to repeat it. The way he responded came off a bit condescending, which made me feel uncomfortable. However, when I got to the window, the same employee was actually very nice and even complimented my nails, which was unexpected but, appreciated. That interaction definitely helped improve the experience. Overall, I think communication at the speaker could be better, especially since it’s hard to hear sometimes and I’m not the only one who said it.
