  I've come here multiple times and they close the dining area too early. On door it says its opened til 10pm but they have closed it multiple times at 9pm. The service is getting worst.

  McDonald’s location at 1140 N State Road 7 (US-441), Lauderhill, Florida I been to this McDonald location 3 times now and everytime there was always something or an issue. Firstly, one of the 2 drivethru enter-coms aka speakers doesn’t work and doesn’t show or signal any “out of order signs” or cones so people wouldn’t drive to that side and sitting there for hours. Secondly, one morning me and my sister ordered a big breakfast meal and they asked for the whole meal back and refused to give it to us because we told them that it comes with hotcakes when we didn’t see hotcakes in our bag and they told us a big breakfast doesn’t come with hotcakes, did some research and it infact does come with hotcakes so they told us we can’t get the order which we already paided for until we order some more hotcakes just absolutely ridiculous. Thirdly, your food comes out cold like it’s been sitting in a fridge somewhere waiting to be given to you from a microwave and the employees always laughing and joking at the window being very unprofessional meanwhile constantly coming to the window asking “what did you order” having to keep repeating yourself multiple times for them to understand. As someone who loves McDonalds I’m very disappointed in this specific location.

  Very disappointed. McDonald's just ain't what it use to be. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin and a sausage burrito, got to the counter and noticed I could have received another burrito for a buck, but she said no because the burrito I ordered was with egg, what?? Sausage burritos come with egg!!! I just got my order and left. What is wrong with these people???

  At 9:59 PM there’s not enough time for me to walk in and pick up my order. But there’s enough time for someone who is assumably the manager to sit outside and have conversations with friends to tell me that…. just for him to send me through the drive-through line, and slowly walk into the business…

  I order a Big Mac meal with no onions and had to send the Big Mac back three times as they continue to place onions on my burger. All three burgers came back with onions by the third burger whoever was on the grill was being petty to the point they placed the onions under the big second meat where the where middle bun is. Gotta do better especially the manager because I’m pretty sure Mr Hangan wouldn’t be happy. This order was around 12:15am on 03/09/2026.
