The two employees were just sitting on their phones and turned us away saying they were closed. Change your hours of operations then from 11pm to 10:30pm. It's unacceptable behavior. I worked in hospitality for Chipotle and if someone came in at 11:59pm with a closing time of 12am, you serve. Laziness.

I’ve been to this location a few times and every time that I try to redeem points on my app it says my receipt cannot be used more than once. I believe the workers here are stealing points from customers at this location. I believe they’re using it for their own benefit. I think they use the barcode on the merchant copy, or reprint customer receipts to use the code numbers themselves. I never have this issue with points at any of the tropical smoothie cafes in the area. Secondly, staff is beyond unprofessional. The other day I walked into the store and wasn’t even greeted. Their backs were turnt to the long line of customers and they seemed to also have an attitude as well. Terrible service.
