  Horrible experience after the renovation. The whole place feels different and the staff is very rude. They make customers feel unwelcome in the drive-thru. The lady wearing the blue T-shirt who takes payments has a very bad attitude and is extremely rude. She often takes the orders wrong. Every time I come here she speaks Spanish to me, and every time I tell her I don’t speak Spanish, but she keeps speaking Spanish anyway. They also waste a lot of time in the drive-thru because of the confusion and the rude attitude. On top of that, my order keeps coming out wrong. Very disappointing experience. Never going back I prefer drive 5 more minutes and don’t take this attitude

  After the 4th time I've had enough cause my times was wasted and schedule delayed by the same person, the drive through lady never gets the order correct, and when i went inside seeing her tell someone they're doing something wrong made me laugh. Bottom line save time, money, and stress, go inside and order instead.

  I love Dunkin'. I had two orders snacking bacon and tried the Briwn Sugar Shakin' Espresso for the first time. I loved the little bit of the drink that I tasted but I'm left wondering if I ordered Espresso or Ice. *Super frustrating

  America seems to not to be able to run on Dunkin any more. You can’t even order a drink the way YOU want, prices go up, very unfriendly attitude by a female worker, she may even own the franchise. NO ICE is a preference NOT A PRIVILEGE. I’ll just go to Wawa from now on.
