But I just find so much negligence in me placing an order through the app, you guys are aware your out of something and yet instead of informing me once I come get the order you don’t say anything and it’s forced me to come back now and leave work to take care of the issue. I’m a calm person because I’ve worked in fast food for years so I understand but the excuse of why I was not informed was a bit frustrating and although I was offered something else which I didn’t want because your out of an ingredient that I find important in all your drinks.”, it’s just disappointing because management has changed here which I’ve noticed and I didn’t have any complaints with this store until more recently. My orders get messed up here a little too much at this location for my liking and I will take my money elsewhere moving forward to avoid my frustration and having to keep coming back.
