There were two women working in the store—one wearing a red wig and the other a brown wig—but they showed no interest in providing good customer service. The store was not busy at all; there were no other customers, yet the service was cold and inattentive. When they finally handed me my coffee, they practically threw it toward me with no respect, as if they were not serving a customer. I do not feel they took their job seriously or treated customers with respect. This is not the kind of service I expect from Dunkin’ Donuts. I was not satisfied at all. I am very disappointed and I will never come back to this location.”
