    I came here a kittle early and waited on my car until they open at 10:45am, when i tried to go inside thinking they were already open at 10:55 they were still closed. I waited a few more minutes and someone unlocked the door, then and employee starting getting all the chairs down that were on top of the tables with bad attitude and loud noise. I walked to the front to see if i could place my order and the food line was half way done, half of the food containers were laying on the back counter not set up and ready and there was stuff all over the place. What a mess . I ended up leaving and going somewhere else. It was nasty and messy.

    This is the worst bad terrible Chipotle in Florida! The service it’s sooooo bad!!! U come in for a pick up and they ignore you completely! And when u ask for it they look at you like you are bothering them! If you go online worst !

    I visited the Chipotle at 5435 North University Dr, Lauderhill, FL 33351 on February 9 around 7:30 PM, and I just have to say the manager on duty was absolutely amazing. I was fresh out of the hospital and in a lot of pain. Standing was hard, and I couldn’t eat anything too spicy in my current condition. Even though they were out of the pork I usually get, she didn’t just brush me off or say “we’re out.” She showed real compassion. She had me sit down, came over to take my order, and genuinely tried to make sure I was taken care of. That kind of kindness is rare. She was patient, personable, and went above and beyond to help me when I was clearly not feeling well. This is what real customer service looks like. I love Chipotle already, but this experience made me appreciate this location even more. Please recognize the manager who worked that shift. She made a hard day a little easier, and I’m truly grateful. W am sorry I did not remember your name.

    Two words. Brand Disservice. Two stars. Inferior product. Unfriendly service. Undercooked rice. Wasted money. Zero value. Instant regret. Won't return. Disappointing experience. I should've driven a few more miles to Zona Fresca or Lime. Because, this wasn't it! Zona Zona. Zona Zona. Zona Zona.
