  I came here at 3:59 how they gonna be closed. This is a poor management behavior. I feel like they’re lying. How are you guys gonna be cause it says on Google maps that you guys close at 5am this lady just told me ma’am we close like I know you’re not closing. I know you just wanna be lazy and don’t help people out. They’re hungry and just get out of work.

  When it comes to AI in general, I’m not against it at all. However, when it gets to the point where AI is taking over Drive Thru’s, it just doesn’t feel right. It didn’t get my order wrong, but it got my grandpa’s order wrong. My grandpa also thought his burger was gross. Now my order was correct and it was delicious. When we asked for a human, the guy who was at the window seemed not pleased. Like wdym? It’s your job to SERVE! THAT’S WHY YOU’RE THERE….. YOU ARE SO LAZY WHOEVER YOU WERE. IT WAS ALSO A LONG WAIT FOR OUR FOOD…. Now I LOVE Checkers, and I was looking forward to eating here, but maybe not this location. I was on vacation….the one is Zephyrhills is better than this. You can continue to be lazy with your stupid AI Drive Thru bot bc I’m NEVER coming to this location again.

  Every business is going to the stupid AI ordering stuff. The employees don’t have anything to do with that and I’m sure they’re upset that eventually they’re gonna be replaced by kiosk in AI. It’s awful. Had I have not checked, my order would’ve been wrong. And when I had the person on the other end of the line read it back to me, They read it back wrong. I told them that they read it back wrong and then they disagreed with me. My brother in Christ, I’m the one that placed the order. When I got my order, there was no toppings that I asked for. I removed the top button so the person at the window could see that there was nothing on there. They agreed nothing was on there. Then, proceeded to tell me “it’s on there, sir“ as if it had been there the whole time. I watched the person in there, put the mustard in the pickle on the bun after receiving the burger back, so I know it wasn’t on there in the first place and they tried to gaslight me like it was. Not a big fan.
