  Ordered 2-10 piece boneless. What we saw in the pictures looked nice… What we got was burn, grease soaked garbage.. Never ordering from here again..

  As a food critic on YouTube, I take service just as seriously as the food—and this experience was completely unacceptable. I walked in at 3:39 PM on a Thursday, expecting a normal, respectful interaction. Instead, I was met by an employee with brown hair and winged eyeliner whose demeanor was shockingly passive-aggressive. The forced, unsettling smile honestly reminded me of Orphan—and not in a good way. Before I could even finish ordering, the hostility in her attitude made it impossible to continue. I told my husband we were leaving immediately. Within 2–3 minutes, we were out the door because no customer should have to tolerate that level of negativity just to place an order. Let me be clear: bad attitudes ruin businesses. Food service is not just about what’s on the menu—it’s about how customers are treated. This was beyond poor service; it was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I’ve seen others mention similar issues, which raises a serious question: why is this behavior being allowed to continue? Management needs to step in, provide proper training, and enforce accountability. This kind of conduct reflects poorly on the entire establishment. I ended up going to Burger King afterward and had a far better experience—which says a lot. Final Verdict: Food may be fine, but service like this is unacceptable. Immediate corrective action is needed.

  I got off work pretty late arrived twenty five minutes before closing.I guess that wasn't a good idea because I felt like no one wanted to help me.And it was to bother for me to be there.So I left, I needed help with my mobile order but I didn't get the feeling that anyone wanted to help me because it was late.But I give one hundred percent customer service, so long as i'm on the clock or dealing with my customer.I just wish fast food restaurants would hire people with the same energy.Other than that, the place is great and usually got really helpful.People.Just not tonight

  KAYLEE needs to fix her attitude when taking orders. She wanted me to use the kiosks when their was 2 people their and I seen her throwing to go orders around. other older lady is great always has a positive attitude and is quick with customers.
