Had two other people calling for the same order all three of us were placed on hold for a manager.... After 30 minutes or so we decided to drive up to the store..... Without hesitation the clerk advised us that they had taken an order for 30 pizza pies and that our wasn't ready, it had just been made and still needed cooking...... This is unacceptable 😤. We could have told at the time of ordering and we would've either ordered elsewhere or would at least know the wait time. It's been ages since we ordered from Papá John's and this made it our last.
