  I had a negative experience here due to the General Manager’s behavior. He was noticeably hostile and came across as unprofessional during a simple interaction. The way I was treated felt different from others, which raised concerns about possible profiling. This isn’t acceptable for someone in a leadership position. Corporate should seriously review this situation and address the General Manager’s conduct—management sets the tone, and this experience did not reflect the level of professionalism customers deserve.

  The chicken patty is really small but the flavor is pretty decent. The fries have always been hot and fresh so it keeps me coming back.

  Absolute horrible and unprofessional service from CYNTHIA starting arguments with customers and escalating disagreements she should be re trained or discarded as a employee cold food and rude managers waited 20 minutes for a frosty while there was not a single person in front of us. The only saving grace from a full out brawl was that the general manager was sitting in the dining room and had to separate the trash management. They need to hire people who know how to use cash registers and how to speak to people professionally when clocked in
