- AMAndie MarieApr 5, 20265.0I ordered a Large BBQ Chk the Hawaiian style I special order, and got a free pepperoni pizza for paying full price. It was storming out and they were slammed, so I had trouble getting my order in. I considered calling the competition- Pizza Shack, Dice, and Starvin Stanley's. (The names were changed to protect the innocent pizzas) But I really like Papa Johns best so I stuck it out. I got my pizza 1 hour and a 1/2 later, it was cold and had apparently been stored at an angle during delivery as all toppings and cheese were on one side. It did not look pretty like it normally does. I separated the toppings and chicken then sliced the cold cheese back up and rebaked it. And I am not sorry, even through all of that, every scrumptious bite was eaten, and we all agreed- Papa Johns Pizza is so outstanding, a storm and a careless driver can't even mess it up! There was also extra toppings mixed in that we didn't ask for. Called and spoke to manager Dylan and he was kind enough to give us a refund but we definitely will be finding another pizza spot.

- CLCG LFeb 7, 20261.0Unsure what’s going on here lately. My favorite place to go for pizza and have for years. Same location. But the last three times I ordered, the interactions were strange. I was told at one point by the manager that he “shook the soda to check it” which he did do in front of me so it wasn’t a joke. I think he was doing it on purpose and I caught him and that’s why he told me? Idk. It was weird. I almost called an ambulance because I thought something was wrong with him the way he sounded. But the guy insisted he was fine and joking while shaking himself and being very strange. Today I asked for something simple and the guy scoffed at me and said “NO. Out till Monday”. Walked away and then slammed one of the doors to a cooler. It seems like they’re on something. I have no idea what’s going on and it sucks because I like their pizza.
