    Will never go here again!!! I know AI is a thing, but "refuse" to use it at a drive-thru!! This stupid, ignorant generic fake crap has to stop!Sooo many mistakes were made including charging me for something they were out of & couldn't understand plain English, had to repeat, because so-called "artificial" crap doesn't know that they're out of?!!! The service isn't that great, food is often cold & subpar, at least at this location?! I'll go wherever fake AI isn't!!! Bye, bye Wendy's & anyone else who does this!!!

    Horrible service, try to bully people to move from drive through because they are on a timer. Don't even trust they made food safe to eat. So I left after manager apologized for their inappropriate attitude and actions and attempted intimidation.

    This is a very good Wendy's location. Every time I come here the food is hot and fresh. Never much wait either.

    I am going to give this a 5 star review because the manager, Kyle, is amazing. My daughters weren’t treated very nicely when they went in to pick up a pre-order. These are good and respectful kids. The order was completely wrong as well. I called and Kyle happened to answer. He immediately knew what happened and was extremely apologetic and willing to work with us. The girls returned another time and the not-so-nice employee apologized to them and Kyle ensured they had a much better food experience. So I appreciate someone who goes above and beyond to fix the problem and uses excellent customer service. It’s rare to encounter such positive customer service and it’s greatly appreciated. So Kyle, cheers and thank you!
