There was only 1 other person inside who ordered right after me. I figured parking and ordering inside was faster than the drive through because I saw cars in line. I placed my order at 10:30pm, and texted my husband at 10:32pm saying I put in an order. At 10:48pm I was still waiting. A woman finally asked if I was still waiting for an order, I said yes, I ordered on the machine by Kira (they couldn't find it), but by that time I said I had already waited nearly 20 minutes and was going to just leave. I left but re-entered the store because I wanted to know what happened. Apparently even if the machine prompts you to be able to pay in cash, the order does not go through on their system until you pay at the counter. So I sat there while nobody was making my order. I was waiting at the counter nearly 20 minutes while people saw me stand. The woman said there is nobody that works the counter after 10pm. Stupid system, and absolutely not okay. I saw car after car getting their orders at the drive through. The only reason I gave 2 stars is they gave my 2 small burritos for free, one rice and bean, one chili cheese. It would have been faster for me to go have gone to Walmart and gotten real food. Honestly the 2 small free items that cost $4 is not worth the wait and being ignored. Terrible. Never again.

They put the French fries in my Pizza. Then, I went to get fork and knife. I was told they don't have forks. And knives, lady behind me or salad. She was told they have no forks and knives. How do you serve force? Food that you have to eat with a fork to knife and you don't have forks. And knives, that is bad management. And I didn't want my French fries in my Pizza. One of them next to my Pizza. And no chance to fix it. I will never come back to this Taco bell again...
