I have no problems with the employees in the store, they are great and the food is good. but there's a lack of attention to the store itself from ownership. in my opinion

The person who attended me was extremely rude, unprofessional, and clearly had no interest in helping customers. I’ve visited many Subway locations, and this one stands out—in the worst way. Eventually someone came up and asked if i had a mobile order, I said yeah so he came behind the counter finally. Then she started prying about if i was a “girl or boy.” with a nasty look on his face and didnt seem to believe i was here to pickup for a “melissa” even after i showed him the order confirmation. My voice was a bit raspy because I just got over a cold; but who cares? my gender aint none of your concern. just hand me my sub and let me leave. left such a bad taste in my mouth. the guy was a taller black bald man. didnt catch his name. he should learn to mind his business better.
