  This was easily the worst Subway location I have ever been to. The lady working the counter was not nice and moved extremely slow. Once we got our 3 footlongs prepped with meat and cheese and moved over to the toppings area I was mind blown at how DISGUSTING all the toppings were. They all had freezer burn on them, the tomatoes and spinach was so bad and the lettuce completely brown. I asked her if she had fresh lettuce and she said “No, I’d have to do to the back to prepare it”…. Who needs to “prepare” already shredded lettuce??? Anyway, it was a complete waste because we got all our subs just meat and cheese… I absolutely could not eat anything from the topping area. Wasted money. Will never get food here again.

  Way to slow they have a old lady about 90 years old and then another guy with pink hair both don’t know wht they are doing

  Three times in the last 2 months I've tried to get food before work (after they're supposed to be open) and have had bad experiences. 2x (including today 01/15/26) they weren't even open yet despite being past open time. I get things happen but reliably opening is important when you're one of few food places in a hub of work spaces. People rely on you and this is so frustrating to waste your time going here and failing and now not even having time to go elsewhere. Figure it out.

  As Subways go, this one was very quick and efficient. Great stop off on the way home from the busy Bryan Dairy construction traffic.
