I was translating for her over the phone, but the woman at this Subway was extremely rude and impatient. She refused to take my mom’s order, ignored me while I was translating in English, and in the end denied service only because my mom speaks Spanish. This is unacceptable and discriminatory. No customer should ever be treated this way.
