- WMWilliam MathisFeb 27, 20251.0I ordered a 6 inch steak, egg and cheese on a flatbread. The man made the sandwich fine, but then he tried to charge me over $9 for it. I explained to him that just three days earlier, the same sandwich was a little over $6. He argued with me that it's a steak sandwich plus egg. I said no, it's a steak, egg and cheese, it's a combo, and is priced differently. He still maintained it was over $9. I even told him I'm a truck driver and get this same sandwich all over the country and it's always a little over $6. He was unwilling to check with his manager and he chose to start yelling at me, so I told him I wasn't going to let him rip me off. I left the sandwich there and and I walked out. I tried calling the store many times over the next week to talk to the manager, but all I ever got was a busy signal.
