  Do better with hiring professional employees who don’t speak poorly about other employees/customers while working. I frequent this location often and I am always greeted with such grace when I walk in but I’m sorry the people who make the food are so unprofessional gossiping about their coworkers and for customer to hear. I guess that’s what happens when you hire immature teens. I won’t say any names but the young man working last night should not be working in any kind of customer service based position.

  Do better with your Uber orders. We routinely have items omitted or when we order a baguette we get one inch of ripped bread. Why are online orders somehow worse? When we come in the food is always fine. Photo attached is apparently what qualifies as a "baguette" for an online order.

  Good place for a quick breakfast. I was there about 9:30am not very busy and without many people being there it seemed a bit like a long narrow barn but I'm sure there's a lot of places like that, over all happy with the food, but it seemed tired as though it needed a splash of paint

  I live out of state and ordered breakfast for a client's office online Friday for a Monday morning delivery. 20mins prior to delivery date it was not showing order as even being prepared so I called and it took my 20mins of calling over and over again to finally get someone to answer the phone, Kimberly the catering mgr. She blamed the website for a glitch and said my order was done and ready for pickup, so interesting my order started tracking as soon as I told her about this. I ordered an individual size of cream cheese in error instead of a tub so I asked to fix this and she said we can't make changes to an order now, I offered to pay for it as a separate order. She put me hold and when picked the phone back up she hung up on me so I had to call back. She said mgr said he would just change it out to a tub (this was not done). She hung up on me a 2nd time as well but least called me back, she blamed this on the phone system. I called back after the order was delivered and asked my clients if everything arrived and was informed they still only recd the individual size cream cheese not the tub as mgr said he would send.. a girl answered the phone and she thought she put me on hold but I sat a listened to their entire conversation about me (girl who answered the phone, Kimberly the catering mgr and Tyler the mgr). She said its Brenda on the phone again and Kimberly said I do not want to talk to her again, the mgr Tyler said just tell her the order was sent out.. Kimberly got on phone and I told her I wasn't going to speak to her and wanted to speak to the mgr. They put me hold again for another 5 mins and when he picked up was awful, he sounded like he was asleep, did not care at all, never apologized and tried to say he didn't say what i heard him say. This is awful customer service. I spent $230 on this order and they can't be bothered to speak to me on the phone. I called the corporate office in Tampa and left a msg so they are aware how poorly this location is being ran and their staff cant be bothered to speak with their customers!! I was told he the msg was sent to the area Director. I have ordered from this Panera for my clients the last 5+ years in a row and I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN, or likely any other Panera if corporate cannot be bothered to return my call either. 'tis the season for rude and uncaring employees

  I just got home to realize, I’ve gotten only one piece of baguette with my TWO individual cups of soups. I’ve ordered and paid for two cups of Broccoli Cheddar Soup, one for me and one for my husband! I was the only one waiting there for pickup and there were barely any sitting inside. Needless to say that I will not spend any single penny of my money there anymore! What a non existing customer service, ripoff! No wonder that that location is going downhill!
