  I just bought an 8-ounce filet mignon and they sent me one that’s less than 6 ounces, and on the same plate as the meat, they placed the broccoli bowl—the outside of which is not supposed to be clean, having been touched by a thousand people—on the same plate. So I’m not going to eat this. It’s a lack of respect from that restaurant.

  Went there for my 72 birthday. 3/13. Went there quite a few times for there burgers n appetizers n we love it. This time I asked for a steak n it was the worst steak I've ever eaten. I must have chew my piece close to 5 minutes so I can swallow it. It was like chewing on rubber. My wife didn't like her steak either. Should have sent it back but the waitress was so nice. Will not go back anytime soon because it ruined my birthday.

  Really great experience the other day. Food was perfect and the service was awesome. We had three different waitresses waiting on us so we didn’t wait for anything. The food came out fast and the bread was warm as you would expect. Our drinks never got below half full. I will absolutely come back. I have not one thing to complain about just a flawless experience and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks guys!!!

  Brittany at the bar was truly amazing—some of the best service I’ve experienced in a long time. She was attentive, friendly, and made everyone feel welcome. The food was great and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I also witnessed a manager handle a frustrated customer with a lot of patience and empathy, and she completely turned the situation around. It was really impressive to see how much they cared about making things right.

  Overall, 2 stars. While the 6oz sirloins and coconut shrimp were cooked well and the drinks were strong, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The fries were overly salty, the onion petals were mostly breading with little onion inside, and the baked potato soup arrived cold — cold enough that the cheese wouldn’t melt. Several key menu items were unavailable at 4:30 PM, including prime rib, ribs, and New York strip. We were even told we had ordered “the last of the sodas” due to low Coke syrup. Throughout the meal, our server repeatedly informed us of additional items that had run out. When a spoon fell onto the floor in front of our server, we were asked if we still planned to use it instead of it being immediately replaced, which was unprofessional. This is not our first experience with multiple items being out of stock at this location. Occasional shortages happen, but repeatedly running out of high-demand items and basic beverages during dinner hours points to poor inventory management. Management should reassess ordering practices to better accommodate customer volume.
