  The people working there were great. Everyone was super kind. My drink looked like they made it right but when I tasted it, it tasted off. The Carmel had a different taste than before kind of a weird texture. 45 minutes later I started throwing up and I never throw up…. Possibly something expired? Not sure because they just opened…

  Amazing coffee!!! Wait lately has not been that long but in my opinion it has been worth the wait completely!! Other reviews about the wait are nonsense they just opened not that long ago they are going to be busy and there is going to be a wait!! My drinks are always made very well and taste amazing I get rebels, freezes and coffee! I have had nothing but good customer service as well. Everyone is very kind last time i was there Cayden took my order and she was very sweet and I appreciate talking to her. I appreciate dutch bros and I am so glad that they are now in the area and I can’t wait to visit every week!

  Spending 30 mins in line is not really ideal. The coffee is great but I wouldn’t come here in a hurry. There are two lines but when they’re only attending to one line it makes the wait even more frustrating. Maybe because it is so new, they are just busy, so maybe it chills out in a few months. There’s definitely an inefficiency though with how they handle the lines. The employees who take our order have always been nice. It’s just not an efficient drive thru right now. Don’t know when we will come back based on that alone.

  So I'm sitting in line, waiting for my coffee as to why I am posting this right now. It's just coffee. It's good coffee, but the weight should not be this long. Why am I able to listen to two or three full songs in my car waiting for coffee. There are other coffee shops that don't take this long to get coffee. It could be said that I could go to these other coffee places if I don't feel like waiting, but I didn't think that I would have to wait this long. If service is going to take this long to get coffee, then I might have to decide to go somewhere else as I cannot be late for work or try to figure 15 minutes into my commute because I have to wait for coffee. This is not on the baristas who are very nice and pleasant to deal with and that the coffee is not good because all of that is why I'm here. Is waiting for this coffee that I am upset about. Plus the double line thing, has entitlement make you wait longer.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Dutch Bros location today. I waited over 30 minutes for a single drink and a granola bar. When I first arrived, staff could not find my order even though it had already been paid for, so it had to be re-tendered. When I reached the window, they again said they could not find my order, causing another long delay. After all of that waiting, the drink was still made incorrectly. I specifically asked for caramel around the cup and caramel on top, which was completely missed. One employee was kind and tried to help, but another employee was rude and unprofessional. When I asked for her name so I could properly report the issue, she refused to provide it, which only added to the frustration. This was not about being busy, it was a lack of communication, order accuracy, and professionalism. Dutch Bros is known for fast and friendly service, and this visit was the complete opposite. Very disappointed.
