  My experience this morning was not a good one. I was waiting in line and the person taking the orders took two people ahead of me who got there after I arrived. I waited 15 minutes for my drink, and when the lady handed it to me, it was visibly wrong as there was no soft top. I asked for the soft top and she said that it was in there, but visibly it was not so she added the soft top to it, and of course, when I drove away, my drink did not taste anything like what I had ordered. I’ve been to this location many times, never had a bad experience, but this morning was pretty bad.

  The drive through set up in the early morning is the dumbest most inefficient garbage I have ever seen. I have had to pull out of the line twice so I would make it to work on time. I tried using the app to order ahead and it was not better. The whole idea of ordering ahead is so that the item is ready when you pull up. I noticed there was cars in the drive through, so i went to the window just to be ignored. I got in the drive through line waited the normal forever to get to the window. My order was supposed to be ready at 5:37 AM, I got to the window at 5:50 AM and it still was not ready. I left so I could be on work on time. So I basically ate the $6.00. I will be going to starbucks from now on.

  Usually I do not have an issue with my coffee here, however, I was so excited to try their brown butter chocolate chip latte and my coffee tasted like milk. There was barely any coffee in it, and I was very surprised given how expensive their coffee is. I am very disappointed because I come here often.

  Normally I have no issue here. But today I am not sure what was going on but it was disappointing. I ordered at the pick up window. Waited over 10 minutes for one drink. A person who came up after me received their order before me. I went to tell the girl to cancel my order. And she said” I’m gonna make it now. I bumped it off” she made it and said sorry. Honestly that didn’t make the situation right. Basically her response made me feel ring a walk up I wasn’t important. The worst part was my drink sucked. I’ve ordered the lovestruck blended rebel several times and this one was terrible. Like I said normally I don’t have issues here but today was terrible and all I got was an insincere sorry and was terribly made drink.

  The drinks at this location can be a bit inconsistent. If you order the same drink 5 different times, it will taste different than you expect at least 2 or 3 of those times. They are also a bit disorganized, don't manage the line very well, and don't run the finished orders out to vehicles in line like other locations do. Also, the "vibe" at this location is a bit off... For those reasons, I like the Tampa location a lot better, but it's a lot farther away. That being said, It's still Dutch, and I still love it. I do still go to this location when I don't want to drive to Tampa. I just wish that they would work on delivering an experience that is more consistent with what Dutch is all about. I've been going to Dutch since 2012 when I lived in the PNW, and I am stoked that they have found their way to FL!
