  I’m a long term loyal Dutch Bros customer of nearly 15 years and can honestly say this location and the staff are already killing it! They are new but already fierce and fun, I love to see all those smiling faces and can’t wait to come back for another perfectly made Annihilator. It may sound silly but it’s a comfort thing for me so when it’s done right it makes your day.

  We were visiting my mother in law in the area from Oklahoma and I was really excited when she informed me a Dutch Bros opened up near her house because they're my go-to for caffeine. It was SUPER busy but of course it was, it always is, this is nothing new and it's never an issue for me. I went through the drive through and Brooke (I think that was her name, apologies if not) was very sweet, big smile and very enthusiastic. It looked like she was training and she was killing it. The person at the window was also very kind. I know working Saturdays in the food service industry is incredibly unforgiving and people can be cruel so kudos for keeping a positive attitude! That alone convinced my MIL to switch to 'bros from 'bucks. Drinks were delicious as usual, I love my Rebels! 10/10 keep your heads up, it'll only get better and easier with time.

  Let’s be completely honest. The atmosphere: is chaotic, you got a bunch of employees basically camping on the ground near the entrance. The drive through is hectic and stressful having to go through Panda Express because their entrance is blocked. Long line for mediocre coffee. Service: On drive thru, we asked to not put sugar in our drink and to just give us packets, the lady who was training the person stated that they can do that. Come to the front and they still added so much sugar in the drink. Though they offered to remake it was just like get me out of here because it’s so crazy. However, they were friendly and welcoming, kind of lost all around I’m assuming because these are teenagers learning how to work but we’ve all been there and no judging on that end. Food: We ordered protein latte and a mocha freeze. Both were immensely sugary. Protein latte barely tasted like protein and was watery. The mocha freeze which is typically more sugary, was still over the top to the point where you don’t taste coffee, it’s quite internally sugar and chocolate milk. And to top of that it’s watery chocolate milk. Not trying to compare to Starbucks butttt Starbucks gives me that coffee taste and is not watery. All in all, underwhelming I heard this place was so good and it was all but that. There was not a single thing I would be wanting to go back for.

  As a native Oregonian, I am so thrilled to have Dutch bros in Pinellas county after being deprived of it for almost 4 years. I went on both the opening day and the 2nd day open. I got a blended sugar free rebel drink and a raspberry cream Italian soda, both delicious! The drive through is a little chaotic, as the only good entrance to use is by Twistee Treat. Hard to navigate for larger trucks. The price is no more than Starbucks and always great, enthusiastic service. Download the app to get your first drink free!

  Just stopped at thier grand opening to pick up a nice hot coffee on this cool morning! I've been waiting for this location to open since I saw them break ground. They have a great selection of drinks, not just coffee. And if download the app & create a new account you'll receive a Free Medium Drink reward. The staff is friendly & excited to finally be open, I look forward to making this one of my regular stops in the morning!
