    Store often times gets an order wrong and will get defensive about it when brought up. Service is slow, you will sit at the drive through waiting for someone to take your order with no one in line. Hands down the worst Dunkin around! Will go out of my way to go to another Dunkin

    Normally this Dunkin is the best in the area and we drive out of our way to come here, but the service this morning completely ruined it. We waited over 15 minutes this morning, for 1 car in the drive through, whatever. However, the lady that worked the window (around 10am this morning) had such a nasty attitude and needs to be fired. She was absolutely disgusting to speak with. Our food was cold and when we asked her to heat it up, she argued, rolled her eyes at us, and then slammed the window. She then proceeded to shout to the back how awful we were (we heard the whole thing). She threw the bag back at us, didn’t say anything, and then slammed the window again. Go to the Bryan Dairy location instead of this one.

    The maple sugar bacon croissant did not taste right. I didn’t eat it & threw it away. Wasted money I didn’t have.

    The Dunkin at Seminole and ulmerton is literally the worst Dunkin in the chain of Dunkin, the manager is always to busy on his phone and the employees don't know their's a counter in their store where you can order if an employee acknowledges you
