My app coupons magically never work or are accepted there. Tried to hand exact change to only get bills back and she tried to keep the change back and I had to explain to her how money works. This place used to be my favorite and a daily staple but I’m completely done with this location

When I decided to make my drink frozen instead of ice. He snapped on me through the drive through. So I went inside to speak to a manager and see what was going on. The disrunnel man that took my order met me at the register with a sour disposition. Obviously the man was upset and he began to try to trigger me and create a confrontation. By trying to say I put my finger in his face. When I put my finger up by my face. Let the man know that I was not going to go back-and-forth with him. He was trying to create the angry black man scenario. But I was merely trying to communicate that I needed a minute to speak. Thank God for the manager being there and dissolving the situation before it got out of hand. On the end of the employee poor service. I left very upset and agitated. If I was operating in my feeings and emotions at that moment it could have went very different for lack of words!

They get slammed and then bitched at by others bc they (the customer) are having a bad day ? All with smiles and positive attitudes. Shout out to Ari, Skylar, Sam, Jacob, Ariel, Alex and the crew for being amazing!! (The donuts are not good and that is not on them)
