He was super kind, great customer service and manners! You just don’t get that anymore. So please pass along he’s doing a great job. 👏🏻 12/8/24 about 7:45pm was about the time I was there.

Been a DD customer for over 40 years… always felt DD had superior coffee over the “siren symbol” which I felt was Over roasted beans! Their coffee most of time tastes burnt to me, which is better than lacking and not enjoyable…

I come to this store almost every single day and your staff, until today, has always been so friendly and positive that I look forward to my visit. Today however, I was extremely disappointed. The lady who served my was rude and clearly not a morning person and I am also very unhappy cause I got my coffee to go and didn't open it until I got home and I found that it was Luke warm and less than 3/4 full, if that. I live less that 2 minutes away. I was hoping I could upload a picture, but I don't see how. I ordered a Medium Macchiato BTW . A lot of money to spend on a coffee that would not have filled a small cup j/s
