  I usally don't have a problem at this store,but went to pick up my order last night and I overheard a kid with glasses who works there making a joke about 9/11? I guess he might be too young to know becase he said Muhammed Ali? He kept trying to joke to the older guy but tjat guy looked upset,and I looked for a manager but no one was there :C

  The Dunkin' donut brand is really not what it used to be. I'm trying several locations to pick out a favorite and I can't find one decent store! At this particular store I've tried a number of times in the past 6 months and all I order is a medium hot original blend with four splendas and the associates can't seem to get that right?? It's just coffee with four splendas?? The coffee was hot but obviously reheated several times burnt and prior to that it was cold and burnt. I have decided to just start leaving reviews and see if some owners will actually step up their game at their stores. The associates at this location seem to be sleepy unaware with no enthusiasm and just don't care if they get orders right. They're aggravated by customers who walk inside and drive through their drive-thru? Make it make sense? LOL

  Not a very pleasant experience. They could not make me a hot Chi Latte. also The trays of donuts were almost all empty and the 4 donuts I ordered were not fresh.

  I ordered 11 Everything bagles, unfortunately I was not aware that a place that sells bagles doesn't have 11 Everything bagles in stock. I was advised to call it in the next time. Was offered Sesame bagels to replace the remaining 7 that they didn't have. I was ok with it, until I came home a saw they replaced 4 Sesame bagles with plain bagels without being told. (Guess they only keep 4 of each flavor in this particular location) After reporting this issue, I was offered a "replacement" for those plain bagels, which tasted like cardboard. Even though I appreciate the replacement, I definitely didn't appreciate the fact of ruining my breakfast get-together with my family by just replacing my original order with plain bagles and not asking if it's ok. That store is definitely not for me.
