I was advised to call it in the next time. Was offered Sesame bagels to replace the remaining 7 that they didn't have. I was ok with it, until I came home a saw they replaced 4 Sesame bagles with plain bagels without being told. (Guess they only keep 4 of each flavor in this particular location) After reporting this issue, I was offered a "replacement" for those plain bagels, which tasted like cardboard. Even though I appreciate the replacement, I definitely didn't appreciate the fact of ruining my breakfast get-together with my family by just replacing my original order with plain bagles and not asking if it's ok. That store is definitely not for me.

I give them the amount of sugar and cream every single time and they managed to screw it up. I travel an hour to work everyday and it is the only dunkin' donuts on my route to my destination. I have went back in and complained many times and went out of my way to another Dunkin donuts I just don't understand what's so hard.
