We were the only customers there. There was absolutely no logical reason to force us out of the lobby to order at the drive-thru when the place was dead. It was embarrassing to bring a friend here, walk into an "open" lobby, and be turned away just because the staff decided to pack up early. I am reporting this as the following operational violations: Violation of Posted Brand Standard Hours: The location failed to adhere to the 8:00 PM closing time. Unauthorized Denial of Service: Staff refused to tender a transaction while the location was open. Improper Shut-Down Procedures: Critical equipment was broken down and cleaned during posted operating hours, preventing service.
