Sara Rohrbough noticed I was stressing so she went out of her way to make me smile. She asked me if I would like to try one of her fresh from the oven Christmas delights with a big grin on her face. Even though she was very busy, and she appeared to be helping manage the restaurant, she took time to recommend a Santa treat-I took 2 of course with a fresh cup of coffee. I am old school and they have the BEST coffee anywhere so just hot and black and quick as can be I was on my way to work feeling much better about my morning already. Her wonderful attitude with the amazing hand made Santa Donuts with coffee changed the attitude of my morning. It's awesome to see someone, and the whole team was following in her lead, take such pride and happiness in their work. And when dealing with grumpy old men like me, a smile and a donut is just what the dr ordered. Ill be back next I'm in town Ms Sara and Dunkin team. Your higher ups must be very happy with the performance of your restaurant. Keep up the fantastic work. Best Regards,
