The sour crème and queso blanco were completely drowning the rest of my food because of the terrible ratio difference. I wanted a bowl or a salad not a dip. This is the second time I’ve received terrible service. Not a happy customer.
- JOJulie Olsen6 days ago1.0We arrived on Friday 3-6-26 at 6 pm., what little meat that was left in the bottom of the chafing dish looked old and dried out at the Walsingham location in Largo, Fl., so we left there and went to the Largo Mall location. We were surprised to see the food looked about the same, but even worse!!! We then went over to What A Burger and ate. We were very disappointed in both Chipotle locations!!!
- AAAbby AFeb 21, 20261.0I came here for takeout around 8pm. I ordered my bowl the blonde lady was nice but she gave me half a scoop of chicken if that. I don’t want to have to ask for double chicken to get the right amount. But what was worse was the fact that there was a homeless man outside harassing people (me and at least 2 other people) and when i told this lady that this was happening, she just said oh okay I didnt know. Maybe go get ur manager to check it out or let someone know? Trespass him? Like do something other than say oh okay. The lady that rang me up was nice but the person in the back was not, and they also heard what I said about the man and also didnt do anything. Care more about your customers.
