  We arrived on Friday 3-6-26 at 6 pm., what little meat that was left in the bottom of the chafing dish looked old and dried out at the Walsingham location in Largo, Fl., so we left there and went to the Largo Mall location. We were surprised to see the food looked about the same, but even worse!!! We then went over to What A Burger and ate. We were very disappointed in both Chipotle locations!

  Everything was great, just besides most of the meats weren't fresh at all, hope they can fix this for future customers.

  If I could leave 0 starts I would. Absolutely ridiculous experience at this Chipotle. I placed a mobile order for pickup through the Chipotlane, and the app clearly said my food was ready. I got stuck in the Chipotlane line thinking it would be quick since it was already marked ready. Instead, I sat there for over 30 minutes with no way to cancel because the app doesn’t allow cancellations after a certain point. When I finally made it to the window, I was waited another 10 minutes — even though I see my order, and yet no one had come to the window to ask my the name for my order. By the time I finally got my acknowledged and recived my food, it was cold and honestly disgusting. And to make it even worse, as I grabbed my bowl out of the bag, sour cream got all over my hand because the lid wasn’t secured properly. What made it even more frustrating was that while I was sitting there waiting, an employee kept looking directly at me and then pretending not to see me. It was obvious I had been there for a long time, yet no one acknowledged it or tried to help. If the app says an order is ready, it should actually be ready. The whole point of the Chipotlane is convenience, and this was anything but. Terrible communication, poor food handling, and even worse customer service. I won’t be back to this location.

  We planned on eating there, but the "don't care" feelings we got from the place made us change our minds. The amount of food put into the bowl was hardly a proper portion, and when I asked for lettuce, I got almost nothing. Same with the cheese. Disappointed, really, because it used to be really good.
