- KMKarmen M2 days ago1.0Tried to over charge me for my milkshake with extra caramel then I asked for a refund and reordered without the $2 extra caramel, and they on purpose made it the wrong flavor. I watched them then they said it was correct.
- AKA KelshawFeb 4, 20261.0Went for a sweet treat, left with a lot of regret. Very, very minimal selection of ice cream. Exactly 2 plain kid sized cones left in the place, none of them chocolate dipped. I immediately regretted the flavor I picked because it appeared to be hard as a rock. The poor girl struggled and finally seemed to give up because my scoop was much smaller compared to my husband's fresh and fluffy scoop. I asked for hot fudge and I immediately regretted that as she had to pump the canister about 12 times to even get the smidge out that she did. As apologetic as she looked when handing the finished product to me, she sure did charge me full price. The hot fudge was burnt or old, not sure. Overall, this Baskin Robbins is struggling and seems to have been struggling for years now. I'd avoid this place if I were you.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
