    Power system was out here, no problem, but what I have a problem with is the manager lady was at the front working on computers and didn't acknowledge me, say sorry for inconvenience, we will be with you as soon as we can.....nothing. only by observation did I know power was out. She just left me standing at counter as did other employees there. After quite awhile everything was back running. Employee named Richard came from the back and waited on me, he was very friendly, courteous with a great smile and accommodating. My order was correct. Fresh and tasty. Thank goodness for that. Poor management example in my opinion, she needs some training in customer service.

This situation highlights the poor management practices that have been imposed upon the employees. To address this issue, management must prioritize hiring additional staff or take on the necessary responsibilities themselves.
