    I pulled up to the drive-thru and waited almost two minutes at the speaker with no response. I even thought it might be broken. Eventually, someone answered and I ordered the new “Bananamara Matcha.” I repeated my order three times, but the employee said it didn’t exist. She then called another employee, who understood my order. When I got to the window, she said it was already paid for, but I told her I hadn’t paid. Then, with a sarcastic expression, she said, “Oh, you’re the ‘match boy,’ right?” I looked at her and said yes. She replied that I never said “matcha,” only “bananamara.” I told her I had said it, but maybe the microphone wasn’t working properly, since I had been waiting there for almost two minutes trying to get someone to respond. She kept insisting that I didn’t say it and even said that I speak very poorly. Then she closed the window in my face. At first, I thought it was something personal, but after reading other reviews, I realized others have experienced the same kind of behavior.

    The order was incorrect and messed up... We ordered an everything bagel and got a plain bagel. I ordered an egg bacon, and cheese croissant and there really isn't even a top on it and the bacon is just all over the place in the bag, it's not even on the sandwich.

    The girl at the window sucks when it comes to customer service. I had to ask her twice that I wanted light ice in my coffee aside from the way I ordered it in the drive thru. She told me i should've ordered no ice and the attitude I got from her u would've thought it was her coffee she was making. On top of that I asked for the manager after she walked to the front of the store with my coffee and came back it was still the same ice and after explaining the situation to both of them and explaining I wanted a Xtra expresso shot added to my coffee with less ice they both walked to the front of the store instead of going to the back where the expresso shot should be at, and they sat there for minute then came back and charged me for the expresso shot as if they really put it in there. ( what dunkin donuts keep they expresso shot in the lobby ) as if I didn't know how restaurant operations work. The manager had attitude and the worker had a attitude so I wouldn't doubt they probably spit in my coffee while they was in the lobby. So when I got home I tossed the coffee in the trash and be damned if I go back there. Look at cameras. I went in drive thru a lil bit after 8-830ish March 8th 2026. Ps don't waste ya morning with these people. Plenty dunkin donuts elsewhere

    Went here to get coffee this morning. Girl in drive thru had an attitude about my bf asking for ice to be taken out of his Large Ice Coffee, she copped an attitude and said " do u want no ice?" Like she was tryna be smart. Then, we ask for manager and he act like he ain't really care either, no apology no customer service, even walking off going back and forth jus to give him the same coffee??'My bf also wanted an extra expresso shot, paid for it and never put it in his coffee. It's a darn shame cause we like Dunkin coffee to start our day. When you go into a establishment u expect to get some kind of customer service. And usually do at dunkin. Not this one. Very disappointing! We'll be going to another one from now on.

    Sometimes I don’t understand why people act the way they do because honestly, what did I do to that employee To deserve all the disrespect that I was receiving. I go there almost every other day to get my coffee and now I’m kicked out for pointing out someone’s attitude I really told this woman “you didn’t have to give me all that sas”and just excellent from there these people really don’t know how to live life without problems because I seen all the bad reviews and they say the same thing.
