- JKJazzy Kathleen1 day ago2.0I love the MORNING shift! They always get my coffee(s) right and service is great! HOWEVER, AFTERNOON SHIFT, seems too lazy and don't really have care for their customers. I order 2 ice coffees EVERYDAY one for me and one for my bf. I get 2 ice coffee LESS ICE always with espresso, one French vanilla and one mocha! Today I ordered in the afternoon my coffees were watered down from too much ice, didn't even taste any espresso, as I paid for two each this time!! I switched Dunkins having the same issue on the one near Seminole! Some ppl jus don't need to work in customer SERVICE!

- CAChristine AnneMar 20, 20261.0I've never seen a DD with almost no donuts! Rude, lazy & disinterested staff ! At 2pm there were several employees standing around, no customers though. Was told I'd need to wait .. the order taker girl had the nerve to finish her texting on her phone before she even approached us. Of course they didn't have what I wanted & ended up half dozen of stale & crappy donuts! This one is right next door to Roosterfish restaurant & we used to love stopping there after lunch . Never, ever again!! Horrible product, horrible workers, horrible experience all around! Wish I could give zero stars 😳🙄
