  Idk who the blond was she said she’s the manager but I said excuse me cz I didn’t see her and a customer needed her she came up hot saying we both were being rude and gave us nothing but unnecessary attitude even after I apologized to her for what ever I did she gave both me and my mother who wasn’t even there attitude she gave us both the wrong drinks saying thats not what we ordered which is a lie cz I order the same thing every time I did take video of her attitude and how I was being treated the other girl there that works is sweet as pie you should fire the rude one and make the other girl the manager I will be trying to post the video here or whatever but it needs to be seen and heard the way she was speaking with me

  Kaela ( I believe is how you spell her name) is the sweetest, she is an amazing staffer and knows how to give people good service. calm atmosphere and clean! thank you kae! 💕 she was also great while my aunt was dieing💕💕miss her in the mornings!

Asked what flavor munchkins are available she misheard it for Macha I said sorry munchkins not matcha and Stared at me for 10 seconds and said but you said matcha with a sassy attitude. Was going to get a coffee and a 10 count of munchkins but I decided to leave because of the poor customer service

  i don’t think anyone there knows how to read an app order. Never get it right! i work nearby and order for lunch often. i guess i hold out hope, but NOPE !! — wrong AGAIN Avoid this place. even though it’s in the hospital, just go to cafeteria instead
