I had a very disappointing experience at Dairy Queen.
The drive-thru cashier, who said her name was Kaylee McLean, was extremely rude and dismissive. She was smirking and laughing during the interaction, which came across as unprofessional and disrespectful. Her overall appearance and demeanor did not reflect the level of professionalism expected from someone handling food and working in customer service.
There were other employees present, including Kevin, who was polite and helpful. However, Kaylee’s behavior overshadowed the entire experience.
After placing a mobile order, I went back inside to request a receipt. Kaylee responded by laughing and saying, “It’s a mobile order,” instead of assisting me. When I asked why I couldn’t get a receipt, she laughed again and called Kevin over. He was able to provide the receipt without any issue, which made her response even more frustrating.
What is especially concerning is that I am not the only person who has experienced this type of behavior. After my visit, I noticed other reviews mentioning issues with her professionalism as well, which suggests this is an ongoing problem that management needs to address.
This experience was unacceptable and has made me reconsider returning. Customer service should be taken seriously, and I hope this location improves its training, accountability, and overall professionalism.

Restaurant is very clean and presents well. On a quiet Sunday afternoon, service was good, if a little slow. Food was fresh and delicious, with an unusual surprise - my "Backyard Bacon Ranch" burger was made so well that it looked like the menu illustration!!! Best Burger I've enjoyed in a while! Onion rings and fries both made well and were tasty. The only real negative, not a deal breaker but disappointing, is that the syrup mix on the Cherry Coca-Cola was extremely weak. My drink was mostly carbonated water with very little flavor.
I don't know if all DQ restaurants are like this one, but this particular one is very well worth revisiting! As it's across from a large high school, I will go back on a weekday to see if quality falls off.

I used come to this location once a week. The past 5 times I’ve been here they’ve either been out of vanilla ice cream or chocolate ice cream and a good amount of the toppings. Not sure how you can be an ice cream place consistently out of ice cream but it’s super disappointing.

Waited almost 30 min for a blizzard and didn’t even get what I ordered. It seemed like instead of going off tickets, they were asking people what they ordered who were waiting (already paid) and then making it for them. Very disorganized and the manager was rude to a door dasher. Also, they were very quickly clearing the drive thru.
