  I paid extra for steak in my burrito through uber they over stuffed it eith rice and gave me 5 to 6 pieces of steak. I am never going back to bootleg place. It's barely anything else but a bunch of rice. I LOVE Chipotle. But this is going to make me go to moe's. And direct everyone who ask me to never come to this one.

  I’m really not sure what this place’s is issue is, I’ve been here a few times. Usually when it’s a new location, the food is on point because they’re trying to make sure they keep their temperatures up and the quality up and everything since it’s a new location. But not this one quality of the food is horrible. The staff really barely talk to you. I purposely say hello loud as can be just to get a hell out of them the cashier just hand you a receipt doesn’t even say anything. I really don’t get how this location is this bad. It’s a brand-new location compared to the other ones in their Customer Service and overall quality of food is trash. They need to clean shop clear management clear the workers get a new employees there with better pay and try it for round two.

  My first visit you a Chipotle store ever!! Avoid this one the young girl making my 4 bowls was less than anything close to pleasant. I was a huge bother to her. The food looked dried up most stuff either empty or close. She got to my 3rd bowl i said sour cream please, she said no sour creamn not even looking up, I was like ok are you getting more she clanked the spoon on the metal pan no sour cream. Ok in thinking we'll I have some at home. I asked for the corn again no corn, are you getting more clanking again NO CORN. I said, ok then you can cancel my order!! There was at least 15 people behind me... all of them left. RUDENESS is just not acceptable for hospitality. I went to the East Bay Store total different experience friendly, polite didn't slop food in dish.

  I've went to this location on two different days between 9pm and 10pm. The girl serving the food with the black curly ponytail and false lashes is extremely rude. I've said hello to her on both occasions and she does not speak back. She just blankly stares while I tell her my order. Even though, it wasn't near closing, she scrapes the bottom of the rice pan instead of getting a new pan. Which I understand that they need to use what's in the pan but she literally scrapes dried pieces of rice off the sides. The food at this location is disgusting and questionable. Same girl that made my bowl on my last visit also cashed me out. Still no words came out of her mouth. After I paid she immediately walked away no thank you, have a good night and she did not ask if I wanted my receipt, which I did. So, I waited at the register all the while this vile girl ignored me. I had to wait for another employee to notice me. I do not expect nor do I wish for any employee to have extended conversation with me. But I expect basic customer service at a business. This employee did not speak a single word during either interaction.

  I went to this location today with my boyfriend and he received RAW CHICKEN! He was very calm about the whole thing because they were extremely busy and just asked for a fresh bowl. He was told to get back in the astronomically long line(it was tattoo day). So instead he tried to tell the people that were making the bowls that he needed a new one because the chicken was raw and instead they basically ignored him and then rolled their eyes. My boyfriend decided he would just take a refund and we would leave. They gave him a refund but it was a dollar short. I got irritated and told the other patrons to be careful if they got chicken because my boyfriends was raw and we left. Some of the girls we told to make sure if they got chicken to be careful came out and told us that the people working there told everyone that we were lying. I just didn't want anyone to get sick from eating raw chicken as it can make you extremely ill! This whole situation could have been handled in a way that made everyone happy but the customer service and food was atrocious.
