Absolutely terrible location. I literally cannot think of ONE time I’ve had a good experience. Unfortunately this is my closest location. The employees mess up and then argue with the customer instead of correcting the mistake. Ordered TWO biggie bags through the speaker and REPEATED TWICE, that I wanted two bags. I get to the window and they only give me one. They only rang me up for one. Instead of saying “sorry let me ring up another one and bring it to you” they argue that we only ordered one. Even had the audacity to turn their screen around to show us that they only had one biggie bag. That only proves that whoever took the order can’t hear or wasn’t paying attention.

Been waiting here for 10min now for a refund. Nobody in the store knows how to do a refund. The Haitian lady wants yo fight me for asking for a refund. I've been on the phone with corporate for 15min now and still no refund. Great job wendy's
