  I ordered this pizza march 2 at 11:00am at this very store, I ordered two pan pizzas with pepperoni and extra sauce. This one came with no extra sauce and no cheese whatsoever as you can in the photo. A the other pizza came with no pepperoni. Save your time and money an go elsewhere because this place clearly hires nothing but incompetent people

  Ordered at 755pm supposed to be delivered by 846pm it is now 908pm and still no pizza. Been calling for ten minutes no answer. Will not use this location again.driver was nice. When food arrived almost an hour late. Store is obviously lacking management and proper staff though

  I ordered a pizza over the phone approximately 15–20 minutes before arriving, but when I got there, my order was not ready. I was then told I would need to wait an additional 20 minutes. While waiting politely, I observed the customer service associate handling food in an unsanitary manner—touching open pizza, opening doors, handling cash, and then returning to the pizza without washing their hands. When I expressed my concern, the associate claimed they had washed their hands, but I clearly observed through the glass window that they had not. Because of these sanitation concerns, I politely requested a refund. The associate could not remember whether I had charged me, even though I had already paid. After requesting my money back, I was then told not to return to the establishment. Due to the poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and serious sanitation issues, I will not be returning.

  My elderly mother called to place an order for pickup- not delivery. She only wanted two large pizza’s of simple ingredients. They take her order, put her on hold three times, give her a time for pickup, then change the time to later. She says no, you quoted a time, you put me on hold then suggested another. She want put on hold again- where the man tells her to call back and check on the order, as he cannot guarantee a time the order would be ready??? He then speaks like he is working at a call center, telling her he cannot get ahold of anyone cooking to ask a time frame??? What? The front order desk is next to the kitchen…. He again puts her on hold saying he is getting calls- then tells her to call back later as they are too busy to complete the order???? What??? I told the kid, no thanks cancel my mother’s order- we are going to dominos. Horrible customer service…. Do not go to the location or try a phone order. It was Saturday at 4pm!!!! Not even busy
