  Had a HORRIBLE experience with the Indian manager of this location! From the beginning of the interaction at the intercom, he was giving me attitude and saying I don't know what I'm talking about. I had to come back a second time because the order was wrong and the manager said "you made the same mistake again!" without even knowing the situation. I sent 2 separate complaints to corporate, but this must be a franchise location because they never got back to me. Go to the other locations in the area for your own sanity--not unless you like being disrespected and paying for watery and basic coffee!!!

  Horrifying experience. Tried to order one drink through the drive thru. The man asked me which refresher? So I stated it louder. No reply. I asked hello? Five times. No reply. I pulled up and he said I don't have to listen because you "yelled at me" lmao. I simply stated the order a little louder. He and 3 employees sat there smirking like this is their stint they do (weirdest experience ever should have filmed it) and actually REFUSED to fill the order. The young man said I don't care about this job it's Dunkin. And this is why I will Never go to this location again... ABOMINATION to the brand honestly .. wildly entertaining but left without a drink hahaha

  I’ve been here 3 times and every time they’ve messed up my order and take about 15-20mins to get you your food and drink. 3rd time is the charm, never coming back. 1st time they gave me someone else’s order and forgot to include my donut, had to drive all the way back to get the correct one. 2nd time coffee tasted like crap and water. 3rd time: they forgot my coffee, sandwich and donut. I ordered the toasted white chocolate but it tasted very nutty and watered down instead. At this point I refuse to go back in. I tried to correct the order in person, just a waste of time and money.   The worst Dunkin!! This place could have 20 employees behind the counter and still be behind. The food is trash and the drinks are never consistent. Only good things are the donuts because they are not made in house.
