  My family and went tonight 4/17 and tried to order inside they saw us but didn't acknowledge us to let us know they were closing soon but per Google they should be open. We went to the drive thru and was trying to place and order and they were extremely rude and asking if we were done and not answering questions, we had about the menu. It was the worst customer service ever! I would never visit here again, would rather go to Starbucks and 7BREWS for a drink and pastry.

  I visited this location to pick up a hot chai tea, but the drink was served cold. When I requested that it be warmed or remade, the cashier responded in an unprofessional and dismissive manner, stating that I was late and that he was too busy. The store appeared to be significantly understaffed, with one employee handling multiple roles, resulting in extended wait times of over 15 minutes for order pickups. Overall, the service was poor, the staff interaction was inappropriate, and the operational delays made the experience highly unsatisfactory.

  If I could give zero stars I would. This location is honestly the worst customer service consistently. I live right there and have tried to give them business multiple times. Every time it’s honestly like I am inconveniencing them. Tonight it was pouring rain I decided to go through the drive thru and ordered a hot coffee with cream and large iced Carmel latte. Was told to drive around, I did stopped at first window and paid. She snatched the card out of my hand and processed payment no total no thank you. Hands it back to me closes the window says nothing. So I assume to pull forward as I have always done at this location. I sit at the second window for five minutes someone finally comes over and hands me my iced latte. He had earbuds in his ear and was speaking to someone else so there was no way to ask about my other coffee before he closed the window. I waited there for ten more minutes nothing. Finally went in and asked for my coffee and they couldn’t find it, I looked and clearly saw it sitting by the first window waiting to go out. I told them it was there and they handed it to me again. No thank you no apology just annoyed that I wanted what I paid for. Also they were not busy no one else was there. It’s honestly terrible management and this is their fault as they are the ones that consistently allow this bad of customer service. I have never had anyone smile or say thank you to me here. Again I don’t often choose here because of this but since I live right behind them it’s convenient in bad weather. Will just go to Wawa like I usually do in the future.

  sat in the drive through for 25 minutes just to be told their system is down and they cannot take any order. Umm... what did I just wait nearly half an hour for?? They should have sent an employee out to inform the drive through customers instead of wasting our time.
