  The fact that they got rid of the 4 for 4 AND make you order with AI. You’re not paying for a worker anymore? Shouldn’t the food be cheaper? I refuse to order from a robot

  I didn't realize the burger meat wasn't cooked all the way until halfway through eating it. Disgusting, poor quality standards.

  Don’t come here, unless you want passive aggressive/rude customer service. A middle aged white woman at the front counter was very interruptive and rude while placing my order. And behind the counter, a plus sized black woman threw my food on the counter and told to have a nice day.

  I ordered 2 large chilis at the drive thru and was given 2 small chilis. When I questioned the cashier, he said it was correct (without actually looking). I thought maybe I was mistaken until I got home and my boyfriend and google confirmed the wrong size. This location is conveniently located on my drive home, however it is consistently disappointing.

  I had an uncomfortable experience at this location. When I approached the drive-thru window, there was no greeting or acknowledgment, which made the interaction feel dismissive. When I calmly mentioned that a simple greeting would improve the customer experience, the response I received was defensive rather than professional. Customer service starts with basic respect and communication. I hope management takes the time to reinforce consistent, courteous interactions with all customers.
